What we collect
FindNext has no visitor accounts, forms, newsletters or comments, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information about each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser’s user agent and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working, and they are deleted after 14 days.
Cookies
FindNext does not set cookies for visitors. Cloudflare, which protects the website, may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to check that a visit is not automated.
Searching for a casino
The casino search works in your browser. What you type is not sent to FindNext or to a search service.
Fonts and other files
Fonts, images and scripts are served from FindNext’s own server. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or other third parties to display a page.
Who handles the information
The website is hosted by Hostinger and delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network. Both process technical request data on our behalf. Cloudflare may process it outside the United Kingdom under the safeguards in its data processing terms.
Legal basis
We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available.
Visiting other services
FindNext links to external information and gambling-support services. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit them. Reading about GamCare or GAMSTOP on FindNext does not send an enquiry or register you with either service.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive certain information in a portable format. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
